PIPEDA-PHIPA Canadian Public Information Compliance Guide (Zoom): This is the link to the confirmation that Zoom’s encryption meets ACTs privacy and confidentiality requirement under Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).
ACT's IT staff created this resource to help staff think through Zoom settings to help with privacy and setting limited controls to the host of the meetings.  
ACT Online Counselling Procedures for Individuals: this document explores assessing suitability of online counselling, service limits, online sessions and appointment structure, and a range of other considerations when doing individual work through online platforms (email, chat, video, etc.)
ACT Online & Phone Counselling – Counsellor Checklist: a step by step checklist to help counsellors ensure intake is completed with consent to use other platforms (such as Zoom or PrivacEmail), while also explaining the process to service users.

ACT Assessment of Online or Phone Service Options: this document acts as a decision tree when exploring what platform/engagement option might work with a service user. Some of the considerations discussed in the tool include: access to private space, headset, internet, etc.  
This 3-panel pamphlet provides cis women and trans men living with HIV an introduction to abortion services in Toronto. This is not a comprehensive guide to having an abortion but does provide a quick look at available services. The information is tailered to address specific concerns common among people living with HIV considering an abortion.
